Dryland Training
Our Summer Off-Ice Training program is designed to help hockey players elevate their performance through focused strength, conditioning, and athletic development. Built with the demands of the game in mind, this program targets the key physical skills needed to succeed on the rink.
Ages
This program is open all age groups
When
Off-ice training begins May 1st and will run through the last week of August.
Training days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
